Beat the eggs with sea salt, nutmeg, and sour cream.
Add psyllium, chia and sunflower seed flour. mix well to get a smooth consistency.
Preheat the waffle iron and grease it with some butter or coconut oil. Bake the waffles for 5-7 minutes.
Cut the waffles diagonally so that you get 8 triangles (4 sandwiches). Let them cool down a bit. Fill the waffles with Kajmak and enjoy.
