Ingredients

  • 15 frozen raspberries
  • 200 g (1 cup) sour cream at least 30% fat
  • 1 micro scoop (10 mg) 100% stevia extract you can also use monk fruit

Alternative flavourings

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp lemon zest

Instructions

  • Mix and crush the frozen raspberries with sour cream energetically using a fork for exactly 2 minutes. Add stevia extract and alternatively add flavourings (vanilla extract or lemon zest) and mix a bit more. 
  • Voila! 

Notes

You can have the dessert immediately and it will have the consistency of frozen yoghurt.
You can also pour this mixture into a popsicle mould and place it in the freezer for 40 minutes. Then you can enjoy it like real ice cream.
