Beat the egg yolks with the sweetener, sea salt and vanilla extract for at least 5 minutes.
Place the cream (coconut or goat) in a deep saucepan. Add goat butter or coconut oil and heat it up to the boiling point. Start pouring this mixture into the egg yolks while still mixing.
Pour the mixture into 6 popsicle moulds, cover with a lid and place a stick in. Freeze them for at least 2 hours.
Take a wide metallic or plastic plater and place some baking paper on it. sprinkle some crushed nuts or coconut shavings on it.
Melt the coconut oil and mix it with stevia extract and cacao powder. Make sure it's not too hot. Remove the popsicles from moulds and using a spoon pour the chocolate coating all over your pops. Turn them around so that the chocolate coating covers them from all sides. Immediately sprinkle your popsicles with crushed nuts or coconut shavings.
Place the popsicles on the baking paper and return them in the freezer. They will be ready to serve in 20 minutes, or right after you finish your next Keto meal.
