4tbspalmond flour(a good alternative is full-fat sunflower seed flour)
Topping
1tbspKajmak(you can use salted butter, full-fat cream cheese or just make your own Kajmak)
Instructions
Beat the eggs with sea salt, nutmeg, and sour cream.
Add psyllium, chia and sunflower seed flour. mix well to get a smooth consistency.
Preheat the waffle iron and grease it with some butter or coconut oil. Bake the waffles for 5-7 minutes.
Cut the waffles diagonally so that you get 8 triangles (4 sandwiches). Let them cool down a bit. Fill the waffles with Kajmak and enjoy.
Notes
I can eat 2-3 waffle sandwiches easily, but the nutritional facts are calculated per single waffle. They will taste equally good when cool, so you can take them as your lunch on a trip.
