Keto truffles – ultimate fix for orange blues
Oranges seem to be one of the most missed fruits for people who decided to switch to the healthiest lifestyle – the Ketogenic diet. As we are talking about Mediterranean lifestyle here, oranges became a symbol of our cuisine even though they are not indigenous. But if you travel to any of the Mediterranean countries, you will notice that oranges grow literally everywhere! However, let’s not forget the infamous 6 teaspoons of sugar an average orange contains! I believe this video by our dr Eric Berg says it all!
Orange zest and oil
Earlier I wrote about the benefits of orange zest and essential oil. Therefore, this specific part of orange can still be utilised for healthy Keto recipes. So, there must be a way to make some keto bites which will ease our blues for the taste of orange. Of course, without adding an enormous amount of fructose! This unique recipe for Keto truffles could be the best answer to that! You can even call them fat-bombs because the macros lean towards the good fat side! How to make them? Easier than any other fat-bombs because there’s no cooking and no freezing involved! Let’s get to work and kill our orange cravings!

Can not wait to try….but are the macros correct? 3g carbs and only 110 cals for 20 truffles?! Is it meant to be per truffle?
The macros are per single truffle and I would recommend up to 3 per portion. Thank you for your comment!
