Jingle bells, jingle bells, Keto all the way! Oh, what fun it is to make Keto meals and treats!
No, really, after a full year of running Greek Goes Keto, all we can say is – This is fun! The ketonisation is as exciting as any other cooking and baking adventure, but it’s also healthier! I believe we can ketonise just about anything! It takes time, planning, thinking, testing and experimenting. But, in most cases, the results are overwhelming and positive! The time of winter festivities is going on for a month now, and it’ll not stop for the next two weeks. Many Ketonians are worried and tempted with the carby-world offer. Parties, family gatherings, business cocktails, balls, gala dinners… Who can resist all the temptations?
The good Ketonian!
The best thing you can do for yourself is to prepare a full Keto menu for the big celebration day, even before Christmas. This way you will be sure you are eating 100% Keto and Mediterranean and will not have any cravings for carby versions. You can eat these delicacies before going to a party and then arrive in the well-fed state. This way you’ll be sure to stay on the right path! We selected our best recipes for the most glorious menu and we are sure you will all find a favourite among them. However, if you have other favourite recipes from Greek Goes Keto, feel free to use the search option and prepare them for your family or Keto-nonbeliever friends! They will stay enchanted! 😉
Christmas is the time of sharing – let’s share loads of positivism with everyone around us!
