Keto eggs seem to be very popular these days. Nothing is as easy as preparing an omelette or good old scrambled eggs. On this diet, any dish that contains eggs is an excellent choice to start a day and give yourself a power boost. However, just like with any other dish, ingredients make all the difference. If your omelette does not contain organic, free-range eggs, a good source of fat and healthy additional ingredients – you might end up with not so pleasant taste, and even worst nutrition.
Keto eggs – always a win
It’s not a secret, Ketonians consume a lot of eggs. And they do it for all the right reasons! Keto eggs recipes can be found all around the internet. In one of my earliest articles, I wrote why you should not be afraid of eating more eggs daily and why you should not pay attention to all the high cholesterol threats. Well, even the modern Hercules eats 15 eggs per day!
I am quite sure the original Hercules, as well as many strong Greeks of ancient times, ate eggs. Furthermore, I am positive they preferred goat cheese because its health benefits have been known to Greeks since the ancient times. This strengthening combination of nutrients turned out to be giving an equal boost in physical and mental strength. I have tested it on myself and I also got excellent feedback from my clients. Nothing beats this breakfast in the hot summer days! Especially if you would like to spend a lot of time out, walking, swimming, hiking, biking…
How to make your Keto eggs even more powerful?
As I indicated earlier, you will have to go all the way organic. There’s simply no excuse! Additionally, you will have to perform a small research if you don’t live in Greece to find goat or sheep butter, goat feta cheese and some specific spices. These things can easily be found on local farms. But if there’s no way you can find it in your location, here are two links for buying goat butter or ghee and goat/sheep feta online. Spices, on the other hand, are easily obtained in most of the countries around the globe.
